The makers of Pillsbury baking products asked families to share an essay describing why they love to bake and why they consider themselves Pillsbury People for the chance to win $10,000 towards a kitchen makeover. The winner, Misty N. of Collinsville, OK shared how she bakes up smiles: "One Pillsbury cake mix. Check. Two

smiley kids clad in their oversized adult aprons. Check. One mother ready to make memories. Check, and double check."

Misty wrote about her love of baking as a way to bond with her children, and together they have made everything from cupcakes to cookies using Pillsbury baking mixes and frostings. "As they bite into their pieces of chocolate cake, their eyes light up like they were opening presents on Christmas morning. This is why I love to bake. I am a Pillsbury person and I'm raising the world's most wonderful Pillsbury people."

Misty and her two children recently hosted the Pillsbury® Doughboy for a photo shoot in their kitchen. The family was elated to share their love of baking with everyone and can't wait to make many more memories with Pillsbury.
